Just Not Meant to Be
A few months ago, I was out on a shopping trip with my girlfriend at Orchard Road.
After we are done with the shopping, we headed over to Orchard MRT to take the train home. As I was walking over to the MRT barrier (you know, those metal blocks with the red-parts that open/close), this guy suddenly cut into my queue (He must be in a hurry to go home to catch his wife having an affair with another man). He then tried to flash his EZ-Link card at the barrier, but the barrier refused to let him through. He then tried again, but the barrier showed red once more. The guy then looked damn sian and he went off in another direction (probably to report the problem to the station-control staff).
The moral of the story: You can try to cut my queue or do some stupid shit, but I am a good boy and Buddhua/Jesus/Allah/Brahma will be watching out for me. Don’t try any stunts. Some things are just not meant to be… Hahaha….
