Lame People

I recently encountered a lot of people, with ridiculously childish mentalities, on the Internet forums. Here is an example….

This took place in a pc forum. Nvidia (
http://www.nvidia.com/page/home.html) just released a new video-driver and many people encountered serious problems with it. One guy even emailed Nvidia about the problems, and Nvidia admitted that their latest drivers are buggy and they would do something about it.

I then commented (in the forums) that it is not nice of them to release buggy-drivers, and one guy (let’s call him “Fanboy-A”) started scolding me. Fanboy-A said that he has no problems with the latest video driver at all and if I have a problem with it, it’s just me. I then pointed out that everyone else was complaining about problems too, so it wasn’t just me.

Fanboy-A then quoted one of the posts from another forum-member which said that he didn’t have problems too. I was like “What the f**k? 9 out of 10 people posted about problems with the drivers, and you have to choose that 1 guy to quote?” How lame is that right?!

I hope Fanboy-A isn’t doing some degree course now (or anytime in the future), because in such courses, we must write up on thesis based off researches and surveys. Fanboy-A is obviously incapable of coming up with logical conclusions.

Actually, I also encountered such people in real life as well. They face certain situations where the facts and numbers are so god-damn obvious, but they choose to turn a blind eye (or both their freaking eyes) from the situation and continue their stupid crusade for their naïve beliefs.

Being stubborn is one thing, but to be so obviously loop-sided when it comes to decision-making is a totally worse-off mentality problem.
